personal financing programs?

I wanted to use quicken as my personal financing software. I live in New Zealand and I find that I cannot register quicken because it only registers from inside the US. If I do register, everything in the program is surrounding the US. banks, investments, tax.

I live in New Zealand and have accounts in Israel and New Zealand. Is there a program here that you can recommend me using, or how can I get this quicken to work if it is indeed so great?

jenifer – LoL, the contra is the truth, I’m not lacking money, I have money and I’m looking to a program such as Quicken to manage it.
I am not looking for a loan.

In the last few weeks we have seen numerous members of congress/senate are in trouble for not paying their taxes or lying on their taxes etc. Shouldnt we demand that leaders who are guilty of such acts be removed from their postiions? How can a person who has not been able to handle their own personal finances ie filed bankruptsy be allowed to be in our govt and make decisions about how our govt spends?
