My BF and I love each other and plan to move in together soon. I have $$ issues…big issues due to a past relationship. (I was with my ex for 7 yrs…when we split up I had to take over the bills leaving me in major debt…that’s the “short” story) How do I look past the fact that my new BF has no $$ issues…has quite a bit of $$ actually and I’m in the process of trying to get a 3rd job to try to fix my own personal finances? I just got off the phone with him letting him know my plans to get a 3rd job (even though he says he hates the fact I work a 2nd one in the first place). Right before I got off (he stopped at the bank while I was on the phone) he told the teller he wanted to withdrawal $1000. (I got caught in the vicious cash advance cycle as a result of trying to pay the bills after my ex…those of you that have gotten them know how much of a hole they can put you in… that type of $$ would help me out so much right now, and I would be able to pay it back within the next 3-4 months).
I don’t expect him to fix my $$ issues, but at the same time it gets to me that someone I am supposed to start sharing a life with has $$ and I’m busting my a$$ to survive.
I don’t want to ask him for the $$, even though it would help me out soooooo much. This is my $$ issue, not his. But I don’t know if I can live with the fact he has $$ and I don’t, even after all I am trying to do to fix my situation. He said he’d “help me”, but hasn’t talked about the situation since…that was a month ago. He knows I;m still in the same situation.

Government can handle your healthcare better than you can. Government should own all major industries and government should tell you what you should be, what job you should do. It’s all in your best interests. You need to trust the government to take care of you, that is the government’s job.

Forget about life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. That doesn’t count anymore. The government’s job is to provide everything you need in your life and make sure everyone has the same amount, the same share of the American apple pie. Accept socialism then we can move on to the communist utopia.
