How can I get a loan to pay off my bills while in college?

Can a lender discuss your finances with your realtor?

My lender disclosed a personal financial matter with my realtor without my approval. I don’t mind my realtor knowing the matter, but the fact the lender discussed it with her before she discussed with me really ticked me off. Is it normal for them to discuss a buyers’ finance matters?

if you received a settlement after going into foreclosure can it be taken away by the lender?
