Also, i want to import gnucash files in it. jGnash can do this, but it doesnt have gr8 features. there are some software like GnuCashToQIF, etc., which can convert gnucash files. Hence any freeware with gr8 features that can import QIF, xml, excel, cvs files will also work.

How to set up a budget
How to change your thinking about spending
How to get out of that “spend every extra dime you have” mentality…
Etc.

It needs to be a fairly simple read, because neither of them “has time to read.”

1. Increase FDIC insurance limit to 500k
2. Increase 401k contributions to 75-100k a year
3. Increase Roth IRA/IRA contributions to 10k a year

I went to purchase a brand new car and filled out the application for a loan, I was approved. The next day my friend offered to put a down payment on the car for me. He went to the dearlership to give them the down payment without because I was working, he started asking questions about my interest rate, and my payment, the finance person, gave him all my credit info…my credit score, that I had a repo etc, then he had the nerve to tell my mom!
