Where can drop off my old magazines as donations?

I’ve been looking for a place that accepts magazine donations in the Chicago area. My local library only accepts donated books. I don’t want to throw them out or recycle them. Since there is a lot of valuable information in them – life lessons, personal finance, fashion, culture, etc. – I think that it would be best placed with a women’s shelter or youth center. The bulk of the magazines are Essence, Oprah, and InStyle. Thanks for all suggestions!
